Sabaton jams are made from selected fruits and whose maturity is rigorously controlled.
Light texture, fruity and slightly sweet.
The apricots are cultivated in Drome region. They are purchased fresh, then pitted on our site before manufacturing.
Variety: Senga sengana.
Apricot (60%), sugar, pectin.
