As producers of Sherry vinegar, El Majuelo proudly represent Spanish traditional know-how, passed down from father to son. Made in Andalusia, in the south of Spain, with red Oloroso Sherry from the Pedro Ximenez grape-variety, a sweet, sugar-rich white wine.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 5 years, giving it a lovely mahogany colour and highly fragrant taste, both sweet and sour with aromas of ripe grapes, apricot and berries.
