Mustard with Chablis wine, known for its purity and finesse, a Chardonnay variety which grows in a semi-continental climate. Its refreshing, mineral touch is perfect for accompanying white meat, fish, seafood and eggs or in mayonnaise and vinaigrette.

The Moutarderie Edmond Fallot is a family-run factory since 1840 and is located in Beaune, Burgundy. They have managed to preserve the historical legacy of the master mustard-makers by perpetuating their traditional, artisanal methods. The seeds are locally grown and selected for their quality. In keeping with traditional methods, they are stone-ground to preserve the flavours.
