Established in 1962 La Sablésienne continues the long established art of French biscuit making by conserving a traditional method of production; the biscuits are baked on metal trays and collected by hand.
All ingredients are free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours as well as many of them being sourced locally

Orange and chocolate chips fondants: wheat flour, fesh butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate chips 6.6% (sugar cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifying agent: soya lecithin), orange chips 3.3% (orange pulp, sucrose, apple, dextrose, pineapple fiber, natural orange flavour), natural orange flavour 0.3%.
Hazelnut and chocolate chips fondants: wheat flour, fesh butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate chips 7.8% (sugar cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifying agent:: soya lecithin), hazelnut pieces 5%, hazelnut natural flavour 0.3%.
Made in a facility that also processes: cereals containing gluten, soy, sesame, tree nuts.
