Cinnamon, one of the oldest spices in the world, comes from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, detached from the shrub to the rainy season and then dried. The bark is then rolled to form sticks.

Our Cinnamon is from fair trade and comes from SOFA (Small Organic Farmers Association) located in the Kandy region, in central Sri Lanka.

A must in your kitchen for your favorite sweet and savory recipes!
