Produced on Groix Island of the Southern coast of Brittany, lobster rillettes with Kari Gosse is made with Blue Breton lobster which is considered the finest of crustaceans.
It is flavoured with Kari Gosse, a blend of spices created in Lorient in the 19th Century, known as “Breton curry”, composed of ginger, clove and turmeric.
This blend highlights the crustacean’s tender, refined meat.
Lobster, single cream, pollock, scallops, shallots, carrots, butter, wheat flour, milk and lactose proteins, parsley, salt, garlic, Kari Gosse (ginger, turmeric, clove, hot chilli, cinnamon, white pepper).
