This Fallot mustard flavoured with Espellete chilli marries both French north-east mustard and French southwest chillies.
The Moutarderie Edmond Fallot is a family-run factory since 1840 and is located in Beaune, Burgundy. They have managed to preserve the historical legacy of the master mustard-makers by perpetuating their traditional, artisanal methods. The seeds are locally grown and selected for their quality. In keeping with traditional methods, they are stone-ground to preserve the flavours.
