Whole Wheat Penne have a length of 50 mm and a diameter of 10,2 mm.
Their cooking time is between 7 and 9 minutes.
Mancini Pastificio Agricolo produces whole wheat line pasta only using the durum wheat that we grow and harvest every year in the fields surrounding our pasta factory, following the Good Agricultural Practices.
Semolina and water are the only two ingredients. The milling process here preserves every element of the wheat.
This results in a higher content of fiber and minerals.
