For those who don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen, Principato di Lucedio offers a range of products to prepare tasty risottos with herbs, vegetables, pulses, mushrooms and fruit, which are always according to the traditional method: freeze-dried or dehydrated ingredients, packaged with our Carnaroli rice, which preserves the colours and flavours of the fresh product.
The history of Lucedio Abbey is age-old. It was founded in 1123 by the Cistercian monks from Borgogna who reclaimed the land and were the first to introduce rice cultivation into Italy at the beginning of the 1400s.
